Penn State Music Education professors and grad students well-represented at 2019 Symposium on Music Teacher Education in North Carolina

Several music education faculty members and graduate students from the Penn State School of Music have been selected to present their research at the 2019 Symposium on Music Teacher Education (SMTE) at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, On September 12-14. SMTE aims to improve the quality of teaching and research in music teacher education, provide leadership in the establishment of standards for certification of music teachers, and serve as an arm of National Association for Music Education (NAfME) in influencing developments in music teacher education and in the certification of music teachers.
