Fungal Biomaterials and Biofabrication Workshop to be held at Penn State

The Fungal Biomaterials and Biofabrication Workshop will be held in the Stuckeman Family Building Jury Space on the Penn State University Park campus and via Zoom May 12-14. The three-day hybrid event will feature interdisciplinary presentations, panels and discussion groups with the goal of initiating new research collaborations and initiatives on fungal biomaterials. The first day will be dedicated to panels and presentations, and the second day to discussion groups. Day three is a mushroom-foraging expedition. The event is being organized by the Convergence Center for Living Multifunctional Material Systems, the Stuckeman Center for Design Computing and the Ecology Institute at Penn State.
