Download the new, free Arts Ticket Center app to simplify your performance experience

With the free Arts Ticket Center app, patrons can purchase, store and manage tickets to all performances sold through the Arts Ticket Center.

The Arts Ticket Center app, an official app of the Penn State College of Arts & Architecture, brings the ease of an all-in-one experience to your phone. Now you can purchase, store and manage tickets to all performances sold through the Arts Ticket Center.
The Arts Ticket Center app offers a place for users to:
• browse events hosted by supported presenters;
• buy and manage tickets;
• plan your visit; and
• capture and share photos from your arts experiences.
Supported organizations include the Center for the Performing Arts, Penn State Centre Stage, Penn State School of Music, Penns Woods, and a variety of other University, community, and promoter organizations; in a variety of venues, including Eisenhower Auditorium, Esber Recital Hall, The Playhouse, Pavilion Theatre and the Penn State Downtown Theatre Center.
“With the launch of the Arts Ticket Center app, we are excited for our patrons to have a fast easy way to access, manage and purchase their arts tickets,” Center for the Performing Arts Ticket Manager Shannon Arney said. “We are excited about this additional service in providing a great customer experience.”

Download the app for your iPhone or Android device by March 28 for a chance to win two complimentary passes to see “The Addams Family” on April 1 or April 2 in Eisenhower Auditorium. Winners will be notified by 10 a.m. Monday, March 31.

Download and use the app
Follow these instructions to use the free Arts Ticket Center app:
- Click on the app store on your iPhone or Android device and download the app.
- Once it has downloaded to your device, click the app to open, then sign in using your Ticketmaster account. If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account, you will need to create one here. If you are unsure of which email is associated with your Ticketmaster account, please call the Arts Ticket Center at 814-863-0255 for assistance.
- After logging into your Ticketmaster account, you can either answer or “Skip” the demographics questions. You have successfully logged in to your Ticketmaster account.
- Now you can click on the app homepage to access and manage your event tickets, buy tickets, or even call the box office.
