Art History Ph.D. candidate Elizabeth Petersen wins CEMS Graduate Student Conference Paper Prize competition

Congratulations to PhD candidate Elizabeth Petersen for  winning this year's CEMS Graduate Student Conference Paper Prize competition. Elizabeth presented “Framing Quattrocento Relief in the Work of Donatello,” at The Renaissance Society of America conference in March 2018. Members of the Steering Committee acknowledged the originality, critical sophistication, and clarity of the argumentation of the submissions and praised the choices of top presentation venues. Also noted were the numbers and strength of graduate students in the historical disciplines who were well-prepared to give conference presentations.
