$10 University Park student tickets available for ‘Cartography’

The ticket sale runs from noon Oct. 7–14.

Tickets for the multimedia theatrical production “Cartography” will be available to University Park students for the discounted price of $10 each. The sale price starts at noon Thursday, October 7, and ends at 4 p.m. Thursday, October 14. “Cartography”—conceived and created by Kaneza Schaal and Christopher Myers, directed by Schaal; written and designed by Myers; and produced by Arktype / Thomas O. Kriegsmann—prompts audiences to consider each other’s origin stories. The live event will start at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14, in Eisenhower Auditorium. Order online or via phone at 814-863-0255 using promo code MAP. A $4-per-ticket service charge applies to online and phone orders. Avoid the fee by purchasing tickets in person at the Arts Ticket Center at Eisenhower weekdays noon–4 p.m. A University Park Penn State student ID must be presented for the discounted price. Each Penn State student may purchase one ticket. A writer for The National says Cartography aims to “extend this moment of understanding beyond those who are classified as refugees and out towards the audience, so many of whom have also moved and traveled, albeit under different circumstances.” Visit “Cartography” for more information.
