A&A Code of Culture

The College of Arts and Architecture at Penn State has a goal to establish a culture that is fair and just for everyone and embraces individual identities, fosters a culture of inclusion, and promotes equity. Participants at our events can expect to experience a safe, collaborative environment where they are treated with dignity and respect.
