Nazarian presents "Concrete Glass Frontiers" at Taylor Lecture Symposium

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Shadi Nazarian, associate research professor of architecture and a core researcher in the Stuckeman Center for Design Computing, was invited to present a lecture as part of the 2023 Taylor Lecture Symposium on April 20, which honored the world-renowned glass science expert Arun Varshneya around the theme of “Frontiers in Glass Science and Technology.”

Nazarian's lecture, titled "Concrete Glass Frontiers," will be referenced in a related article titled “Nelson W. Taylor Lecture in Materials: Technical Glass Products in the Service of Humans,” in the upcoming issue of Glass Technology: European Journal of Glass Science and Technology Part A 2023 Volume 64 Number 3. The Society of Glass Technology, based in the UK, is well respected among scholars of glass science and technology.
