Megan Marie Mooreholds an MFA in Dance from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She is also a Certified Laban Movement Analyst through the Laban Institute for Movement Studies, as well as a Yoga Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist.
Megan has served as an Instructor for both Outreach and The School of Theatre at The Pennsylvania State University since 2008 and is thrilled to be joining The School of Theatre in a full-time capacity this year, where she will be teaching a variety of movement and dance courses. As a somatics and movement expert, Megan uses her anatomical knowledge to help students understand their own bodies at a deeper level for more dynamic creative potential as well as to prevent injury.
Megan is also an Alum of The College of Arts and Architecture and The College of Health and Human Development with a BA in Integrative Arts, and a BS in Kinesiology.
