Over the last five decades, Denson Groenendaal has become accomplished as a planning and architectural consultant with professional practice expertise in historic, natural, and cultural landscapes, community environments, and design. He has specialized in planning, programming, and design activities for historical structures, heritage environments, and sustainable communities by having formed and attained professional expertise in historic preservation, restoration, historical rehabilitation, heritage project development, preservation technology, historic restoration, interpretative planning, solar analysis, solar design practices, and studio design instruction. He is also accomplished in architectural and documentation photography, cultural landscape interpretation, historic artifacts, recordings and biblio-philia, custom furniture design, feasibility analysis, project planning, and project management.
