Cirque Kalabanté emanates the energy and artistry of West Africa through breathtaking acrobatics and live Afro-jazz.

Yamoussa Bangoura, founder of Cirque Kalabanté, is a multidisciplinary artist from Guinea, West Africa. He choreographs, directs, and performs in “Afrique en Cirque,” a colorful and acrobatic show inspired by daily life in his birth country.

Colorful scenery, costumes, and contemporary live music that includes traditional West African instruments make up the universe of Kalabanté Productions. Audiences are taken on an unforgettable journey where they will witness the strength, agility, and joys of young Africans.

Learners will build on their global competency as they learn about contemporary Guinea. Suggested classroom discussion offers an opportunity to guide learners in examining their own perspectives, assumptions, and everyday lives.

Reserve by Friday, January 23, 2026.
